19 States File Motion to Stop Joe Biden From Making Americans Fund Abortion

Ohio Attorney General Dave Yost and 18 other states are fighting back against President Joe Biden’s plan to force taxpayers to fund abortions through the Title X program. On Monday, Yost’s office said he filed a joint motion to the U.S. Supreme Court on behalf of 19 states in regard to the federal program.

The Supreme Court has agreed to take Planned Parenthood’s case challenging President Donald Trump’s pro-life rule on Title X that cut $60 million of the taxpayer funding the abortion business receives. Ironically, on this day in 2019, President Trump finalized an administrative rule that would partially defund the Planned Parenthood abortion business and deprive it of as much as $60 million in taxpayer dollars.

This is the second time Trump has taken steps to revoke taxpayer funding for the nation’s biggest abortion business – after yanking taxpayer from from International Planned Parenthood during his first week in office.

New Poll Finds Overwhelming Majority of Americans Want Restrictions on Abortion

A new national poll conducted by Marist University finds an overwhelming majority of Americans support restrictions on abortion and would like Roe v. Wade reinterpreted to allow restrictions on abortions. Three in four Americans (75 percent) say abortion should be limited to – at most – the first three months of pregnancy.
